Introducing the newest, 30-year-old digital events company!

As of April 2020, Team EPI is proudly celebrating 30 great years in business together, by introducing Digital Events. Thirty years ago, we’d have never thought Extravaganza Productions, Inc. would achieve this milestone in the middle of a pandemic. Thirty Years ago, we’d certainly never have dreamed that we’d be producing digital events.  Like most of our neighbors, clients, partners, vendors, friends, and family, we too experienced the crisis first hand. Our goal moving forward is to approach this “new normal” in a responsive, positive, caring, diligent, safe, and calm manner.

Extravaganza Productions Inc is doing everything we can to stay relevant in the industry, but most importantly to do our part for our community. We quickly pivoted from live event production to help provide assistance to our front line hospital clients in setting up temporary, local parking lot Covid-19 testing sites. We work with media partners to host town hall meetings with virtual audiences. We collected and made food donations to our good friends over at The Angel Foundation and other local organizations helping those most in need at this time.

EPI has also taken the time to actively participate in the planning and preparation for our company and our industry’s recovery. We have worked with many clients to reschedule and reformat meetings, conferences, and events. We have partnered to logistically plan socially distanced formats or virtual platforms with digital events. We have integrated new technology and will be introducing our clients and partners to fully immersive live and virtual event experiences incorporating holograms, AR, and VR technology.

The past 30 years have been the best years of our lives and we couldn’t be more excited to see where the future will take us as a digital event services provider in this global world community.
